It had been drizzling off and on all evening! Track wasn't very good, my 60' was off by a tenth! I also let out at the big end until I saw the other car get close. I was little concerned about breaking out.

They ended up continuing the race today (for the unfinished classes). Maybe they'll let me make a couple passes in test and tune? I think I can crack off a 9.4* if the track is worth a darn!

Yep---I was just about to say you must have lifted because your 1/8th mile MPH is fuckin insane. 119mph??? Jesus H Christ!!!! That would have been at least 145+mph in the 1/4, probably 147 or so.

Is this on the bottle? What shot if it is?

I had already run a 147MPH earlier in the day. I spun my ass of and still managed a 9.69. I never sprayed out of the hole that's why my 60' is a tenth off. The bigger T/C is dragging the motor down out of the whole.

It was a 75 shot and yes I was spraying. We're going to move it in and spray out of the hole next trip to the track. We're still tuning on the system (weren't sure about this T/C). Once we get the suspension tweaked a little more and we have the car back to a 1.4 60' we'll up the shot!

Yeah, we kind of had that class covered. Lloyd had his "Smokin Time" in the lane next to me on that last run! Someone from Strictly was going to win the 9.50 index!

The really cool part was all the people who's jaws dropped when they announced the 9.50 index finals and my car pulled out.

Me with a 4050lb street car (with driver). Stock interior, front and rear seats, spare tire in the trunk, and a subwoofer. Nothing like blasting the tunes on the return lane!!

In the lane next to me. A 3200lb Foxbody. One seat, gutted out, race car.
