Looking for a new cowl hood...

thanks for all the responses guys, i have been pming John at BBR...wife likes the Cervini 4" cowl...imagine that! Will make a final decision tomorrow. Had the new Techco hood ordered 3 weeks ago but found out yesterday they cancelled my order after prepaying to have the hood made. Total douche bags.

Whoo boy you will have a hela time driving with a 4" lol , I sat in steve's car and I could barely see anything and I'm 6'1" tall . It does look badass though .

John, Im with you on the transition line on the Cervini's cowl. It is a nice hood, but if they made that line go away, it would be my hood of choice. Your hoods look great, hope you sell a ton of them. Now, If someone (like Fore) would make Saleen type vents we could install in a stock hood, that would be sweet.

Cervinis does make a 2.5" cowl hood ..

I have the Steeda race cowl and love it. Blends with the body lines well. Cools the engine compartment quicker between runs. I think taller than 2.5" would be a little much on the street. I'm 6'2" and can deal with it but wife is 5'4" and hates it. I like that the race cowl is 9 lbs lighter than stock. Good luck.

That black car is a Cervini's 2.5" for the GT500 front bumper....I thought about running that hood, and after seeing that pic, looks like I have made a decision.....
