Lost vacuum after cam install

Before my cam install, I ran about 18" of vacuum at idle. After my cam install (Comp Cams blower stage 2) I am down to about 12-14" of vacuum. If I remember correctly, this is normal, but I wanted to confirm with others that have expertise in this area - otherwise, I have a vacuum leak that I cannot seem to find.
