Got the chance to run last night in -1500 da. I got a new personal best by a long shot, due to the weather. Ran a best of 12.38 @ 110 w/ a 1.79 60'. I was suprised w/ that 60' being on the stock tc but like i said, it was all the weather. My previous best was a 12.63 @ 108 last winter in the same -1500 da but the only difference here was i added Jegs big/lils vs. 18" fr500's from last yr. I ran a 12.68 @ 108 a few weeks ago in 0 da w/ the same set up so the -1500 made my night.

The car is an 06 gt auto w/:
Intake
Delete plates
JMS tune
o/r x
Borla Stingers
Ud pullies
BMR lca's & relocation brackets
BMR radiator support/sway bar delete
Jegs big/lils w/ 275/50 bfg dr's

I unfortunately have no vids of the car. The wife didnt come w/ me so i didnt have anyone to film it. Ran into friend there that had posted vids from last night, i didnt know he was filming it or i would have asked him to get a vid of the car. I do however have a witness from this forum, 2fst-4u, he was out there running his car & saw my 12.44 pass.

Here are my slips:

At the last the humidity got bad(93%)and moisture was building up on the photocells so they were only keeping up w/ the 60' & 1/4 mile photocells.

I do not consider the car a 12.3-12.4 car, that was a freak thing due to the weather. It normally runs 12.6-12.7's. Last night was just a freak thing & good early bday present for me. Lol

We normally get a few weeks every winter of -1500 da every night & 0 da in the day, about the only plus to living at sea level in south LOUSYana.

2fst-4u ran a 10.08 in his 5.0 car.

A good friend of mine has a friend that has a 6 speed lightning. Was pretty cool. He is still getting used to driving it so I'm sure faster times/better driving will come. Here's a vid of it(like i said, wish i had known they were filming it. I would have asked them to get mine)

I'm pretty content w/ the car but a set of longtubes, a tc & a 100 shot are on my mind now to say the least.... Lol

I'm not sure honestly. Just met the guy last night. My buddy was telling me about the trans swap a while back & i have talked to the guy on the viper truck forum a few times but not sure on his previous best times.

Wow thats some serious mine shaft air you got. I would happy just to get close to sea level. Even though we are at sea level our DA is usually over 1000 ft. Thats a helluva improvement on your ET. Very cool.

About the only reason i like South LOUSYana.....the winter -da. Not having snow just cancels that right out though and brings me back to thinking..."damn, why do i live here". Lol

my first test n tune (and local grudge amungst friends) is coming up feb 10th. i'm so excited to go i can't wait, i've added so much to the car since a lined up against a few of my friends, this gave me a bit more inspiration to continue with my 3v. could you imagine what your vehicle would do with a 3k+ stall? i'd assume .2-.3 tenths better

Yea tc would help for a few tenths.

A friend of mine, screen name is Confuzed on here, ran a 12.10 or something like that w/ the same set up i have plus a tc & longtubes.
