Hey there guys I was just looking at the datalogs from my 5.0, trying to determine if I have any more intake leaks still after my cobra jet manifold install because I had some drive ability issues. Was told I had some and want to make sure I have them gone and im reading the logs now right by myself. At idle LTFTs for B1 stay around 1.00, and B2 stays around .95. Is this OK or should I try to get B2 to match B1. Is there a way to check if its exhaust leaks or an intake leak. I searched and searched for any more manifold leaks and sprayed the runners where they meet the head and injectors with starting fluid and it did absolutely nothing, around the throttle body and checked my vac lines and found no more leaks. Im pretty sure my mid pipe has a leak or two. Could that be throwing off the 02 sensors and make B2 pull fuel. Thanks guys just wanna get my car running perfect before I dyno tune or whatever im gonna do with it.

That's normal, and fine!

1.00 is the theoretical ideal. If the motor is running lean the numbers will *climb* as the motor has to add fuel to compensate. At numbers around 1.30, most manufacturer's programming will have the ECM set a lean code for the appropriate bank.

If I saw 1.10s I wouldn't be worried about vacuum leaks at all, the motor is just compensating for variances from engine to engine and injector to injector to get a perfect A/F ratio.

You're below 1.00 on the bank you are concerned about, which means the engine is half a hair rich on that bank - no way that it is lean. And a .05 variance in FT from side to side is perfectly tolerable.

My professional diagnosis would be that I've fixed a vacuum leak if I saw those numbers on a test drive after a repair.
