find another dealer. with as hot as these cars are, why the hell do theu have a left over 2011. id check it for body work. depending on your states laws if collision damage is under a certain amount the dealer does not have to disclose it.

id offer 28K, + incentive and 0%. 12k for your trade is decent.

Not a bad price since most people are selling 2011 5.0's for close to 30K with a few thousand miles on them.

I'd make sure the car is mechanically and physically sound, then jump on it.

A good deal is relative. If you feel like they are giving you a fair amount on your car then go for it. Having a trade in will always hurt the deal.

strong wholesale on your car is around 13k... If they are going to retail it for sure you should be able to get another 500 or so above that from them on the trade.
