I'm looking for a different wheel style, finish, and offset than my DF5 wheels.

I love the look of the MMD Zevens and the warranty AM has on them.

I'm interested in the Charcoal 20x8.5 and 20x10s, so I can use my current tires for now and upgrade the rears later.

Issue is that the zevens are said to not clear without a spacer on Brembo cars.

I found a AM rep, Will who uses a 8mm spacer on the front with this setup. But his car as the 14" 4 piston brembos. I contacted AM and they havent tried the Zevens on a 15" 6 piston 2011-14 car, but in their video they claim it will fit all 2015 car (even Performance Package equipped ones).

They say 8mm is safe on the front with these wheel, as there is plenty of thread engagement. But is there a chance of not needing a spacer or as thick of a spacer with 15" brembos since its further from the hub and have different dimensions?

Answered my own question. It fits with a minor (slight) contact with caliper. I think a 5mm spacers should be good enough.

Well the coating isn't exactly durable. So I couldn't sell them in good conscience knowing that. Meaning they would need to be recoated and they aren't even $600 brand new.

Side table base for the mancave, maybe? Lol

WickedGT you used them on a 19x10s (front), right?

I'm waiting for my Maximum Motorsport 3mm spacers from LMR. They were suppose to be here but USPS used the hurricane as a excuse to make them late coming from Texas.

Correct, 19x10 +45. I could have left them without the spacer as there was a tiny rub spot on the inside edge of my caliper but for safety sake I added the 3mm spacer.

I tried my 20x10 +45 on the front for the hell of it, I think it rubbed in a different spot on the caliper or not at all, can't reminder.

Mine was so minor that I wasn't even going to get spacers but in the end my OCD took over and made me fix it. Here are some pics of mine... If I had not put 3 coats of paint and 4 coats of clear I probably would not have had any rubbing...

Maybe I'm getting paranoid about how close these are. Who thinks I should step up to a 5mm to be safe? Is 5mm safe on stock studs in the front?

If you can run a towel between the wheel and caliper without issue then I think you are more than covered. You saw how much mine touched and when I put the 3mm on I never had another issue, even when driving spiritedly...

I barely can get two business cards between; forget getting two debit cards in there. Wicked that's the pep talk I needed.

The brembo wheels are tighter than that.. You are fine.. If it spins and does not make any contact with the wheel I think you are fine. there are tons of other auto manufactures that have tighter clearances than that.

I know it's less than .050" clearance. But I don't have feeler gauge handy.

I'm just being paranoid; it's not like the spacer is going to break or pancake to reduce clearance.

I use the credit/business card method. If one of those clears it should be fine.
