I checked it out and asked a bunch of questions but buying MMR stuff is not gunna happen. The name MMR will scare anyone away, Nuff said.

Also its an Iron block and I don't want the extra lbs.

I have an MMR block. Been pounding on it with 20 lbs of boost at the strip. No problems at all. PLstang from another forum is running 9.7s in the 1/4 with his MMR block. He seems pretty happy too.

Count your blessings... you guys are exceptions, and not the rule.

Seriously? Before we started building our own blocks from the ground up we used MMR almost exclusively. Havent had a single problem with them and we are wailing on this things. Mark's a good guy and is more than willing to lend a hand if something were to arise. They can be a little slow at times, but to this date no problems.

I didnt realize they had such a bad name.

This stuff with MMR is pretty recent and not just on our board. Guys on Corral have quite a few BIG complaints

Oh ya if it was more recent stuff then that could be why I've never had an issue. Still surprised Mark would let it happen.

Trust me on this one, Jeramey. They suck and don't give a shit about it either. Been that way for about two years now.

MMR sucks. I'll agree on MY motor, it's been great. But after i recommended them to a few others, THEY all had issues with their motors. Then i ordered some other stuff from them, and it was junk, the first, second, third, AND fourth time. And they didn't seem to care much. Never again. And i'm not the only one who feels this way....

Sounds like MMR is the RPM Outlet of engines!

Someone needs to add these people to our bad seller's list in the pit.

FUCK MMR! Mark and Chris both could care less about anything after the sale and if you think there is something wrong then then you dont know shit and they are the gods of the modular engine and you or anyone talking to you doesnt know shit about these engines . Like I always say if MMR and RPM Outlet sucked each other till they choked to death the world would be a better place ! JMO.

I don't know how many times I have almost pulled the trigger on a RPM outlet order only to come to my senses. When I first bought the 07 I was damn lucky to discuss what I was looking to buy with a bunch of seasoned owners who made sure I did not do something as stupid as order from RPM outlet
