Mod bulletin board?

I have read several times from mods, that clean up threads, asked to be notified so they don't spend a ton of time doing it. What if there was a bulletin board or something along those lines that only mods could see for members to report issues with threads or members without having to search for a mod? Kind of like a one stop "report an issue and click submit and it goes to a board that mods can check" shop. Just an idea to make it easier for everyone if it's possible.

There is a Red outlined, white triangle in the lower left corner of every post, click it to report, no need for more.

hover over it and it tells you "Report Post"
