We are trying to make some changes to the car in preperation for Mustang Week and just wanted to show you what's going on.
I had a local shop do some flat black stripes similiar to the RTR car as well as a Carbon Fiber roof.
The roof is a 3m material that looks and feels like real carbon. It's not for everyone, but I thought with all the carbon we have on the car it would fit right in. Personally, I like it.
We also just added the BOSS front end, so we called up American Muscle and got the Roush side rocker splitters to match the splitter. I love it!

The stock wheels are on the car now because the 20" BOZE's are getting a face lift. I hope to have them done by next week.
Mustang Week is coming too fast and I have so much to do.
Anyway, here it is.
Thanks
Jay

Looks amazing as always Jay!

Can you get a pic from above the car so we can check out the roof! I live the matte black stripe!

I'm going to do some sort of a matte black scheme as well, but don't quite have it figured out yet.

I'm thinking of something along the lines of the Foose style stripe.

Facelift on the wheels....hmmmm. Kona accents maybe?

Car looks amazing!

I've got one of your t-shirts and my wife stole it from me. She wears it every morning while doing her hair and makeup. So between that and our cars being the same, I have the before pic in my head at all times! You've done an amazing job with your car! Loving the painted valance with the Boss splitter!

Thanks guys.
The wheels are getting the polished lip back and a dark arget/charcoal spoke.

Here's a close up of the roof.

That is excellent, tasteful mods without going too much. Still love the painted CS piece.

Thanks guys.

It's 3M, but not the Di noc. Actuallt Di Noc is not for outside even though that's what tons of people use it for.
This is a new 3M material that is made for outside. Looks exactly like Di Noc, but a little more gloss to it, not as flat.

I don't think they make them for 05-09, but I would imagine they can be used without a ton of rework seeing as the wheelbase is the same on all S197's. I've considered them myself. You try and let me know :evillaugh:

Those wheels really do give it a much more agressive looks. Pretty sick with the splitters. good job.
