Yeah, I've put thousands of miles on mine with no issue. After destroying two sets of bolts, I'm thinking something might be wrong with your car. Was it ever in an accident, by any chance?

On the fronts, yes. Also after looking at the pictures, they do not look like the hardened steel bolts that normally come in all relo kits. Of course the offset bushing in the rear is normal, the shifting of the front bushing could happen from incorrect installation creating undue stress on the front bushing. Just my 2 cents, either way contact the dealer who you bought these from. I'm sure they will take care of you.

First, thanks to all, sorry I did not reply sooner as I was at the track yesterday.

Also, OP, did you install all 4 washers (1 on each side of both control arms) on the front bushings?
Yes

I cannot tell, but are those fine threads on the bolts? If so, I am not surprised that is happening.
The fronts should NOT have offset to them, so that is definitely not proper.
If they don't send you new bolts, OR if those are fine threaded.....I have some spare bolts/nuts from one of our Relo Bracket kits laying here on my desk, that I can send you to try. I have never seen anything like this happen with our hardware on the axle.
Let me know!
They are metric, fine, 10.9, Second nut/bolt.

Just go get some GOOD Grade 8 bolts with NEW nylocks and your done. You NEED to call Terry...
Already try another nut/bolt, this is the second time.. I would hope the bolts whiteline supplies are that of high quality.

Wow, I've had zero problems with my Whiteline LCAs.
What bolt is that? The one that connects the LCA to the axle? Are you running relocation brackets?
Yes, and Yes.

Yes, by all means, if you bought those from Vorshlag please call us (972-422-7170) and we will get to the bottom of it. If not, call your Whiteline dealer. I'm sure they'd be more than helpful, too. :)
So I just crawled under our Mustang and looked, and there should not be any bushing offset. Something is happening there, obviously. We have the same Whiteline lower arms on our car for about 8 or 9 months now and no issues. My main tech, that installed these and inspects the car before each race, is working at the World Challenge race at COTA or I'd ask him what bolts are in our car. From what I can see it is a Grade 10.9 bolt and Nylock nut on each end, with 2+ threads protruding through the Nylon. Don't know if that is the factory LCA hardware or not
Each time we've installed lower control arms on an S197 we go through a procedure to square up the rear axle with the car and front wheels. This involves LASER BEAMS, and even sharks. What I'm saying is that if one side is pushing the front LCA bushing out, maybe the axle isn't square in the car? Just trying to figure out what is going on there.

If you get nowhere with your Whiteline dealer, call us...
I wanted a 4 wheel alignment but everyone just immediately says its fine once its on the rack... I am yet to find someone who will go near it. I set these LCAs to exactly the same as stock..

Its a brand new, 2013, first owner, zero accidents.

Incorrect installation? Explain? The bushing looks to be molded exactly where it is, may be an illusion tho.

At any rate, whiteline has decided the control arms are defective, and have sent me a new kit.

Just an option to the problem. Either way, I'm glad Whiteline is taking care of the problem.

Grade 8 is an SAE standard. 10.9 is a metric standard for bolt toughness. They aren't the same scale or the same standard. I think grade 8 is roughly equivalent to 12.9 metric scale
