MRT Rear Window Louvers and Shelby window covers

I bought these about two years ago but never got around to installing them. The mrt louvers are in great shape and includes all necessary hardware. The Shelby quarter window covers have some paint chips from being in my garage. I'm asking $250 for the mrt louvers local pickup only, not sure how I would ship them. $45 shipped for the Shelby covers. Buy both and I'll make a nice deal.

Questions on the louver...

1. What material is it made of?
Appears to be aluminum, but want to be sure.

2. How does it mount?

3. Does it flip up for ease of window cleaning, or does it have to be removed?

4. Is it still local sale only, or can you ship it?
