Mustang Deluxe driving light add on

Can anyone point me to a post or link that can help me out with connecting an aftermarket driving light/halo grill? My son has the basic 07 mustang and wanted the supplemental lights with halo in the grill. There is no fog light option on his light switch. I picked up a switch with fog option from the parts yard, not sure if it is that easy or if there are can/buss issues. Definitely not like the old cars where you could tap a hot wire switched by the ignition.
I did find a couple post on connecting these as additional driving lights, but his car never had any type of fog light.

When I had a 2007 V6, I purchased a GT Style grill insert, fog light for the fog openings (there are many choices for fog lights),and a wiring harness ( harness, relay and switch) off of ebay. Installed the switch that was part of the harness in the cabin near the headlight switch.
I remember reading that some folks purchased the GT switch and wired the fogs to it. You might find videos on youtube.
