Well I figured I would start off with a small build thread of how my car has progressed since 2010 when I purchased it. On December 12th of 2010 I purchased a 2008 Mustang GT as a birthday present to myself. I previously had a 2007 Shelby GT500 that had a few mods done like a pulley exhaust and tune. I sold it after receiving 2 Street racing tickets. I had purchased a 2003 Harley Davidson F150 to hold me off till some of the heat from my ticket subsided. It was a fun truck but I just missed being in a Mustang. When I saw the GT I instantly fell in love with the color.

This was it the night I bought it. 100% stock

I immediately needed to start modifying it so first order of business was a Hurst competition shifter. I then ordered some LED interior lights to light up the car cause I couldn't see a shit with the OEM ones.

Then I needed some sound. It was so quiet that I wondered if I had a V6 instead of a V8. Don't worry I checked lol I ordered myself some Bassani race axlebacks to bring the noise up a notch.

It was still too quiet for me so I found a set of used Kooks longtubes and catted H pipe.

Still too quiet so I hollowed out the cats. Then my problem was that it was raspy as fuck. I took it to my buddies shop and he welded in a set of glasspacks before the rear axle.

Then I needed some sound on the inside. I ordered a set of infinity kappa speakers and a set of kicker CVT8 Subs for the door. I then ordered a JVC double din deck and amp and then wired it all up. It straight up bumps when I have it turned up.

I had to have a set of custom spacers made for the door subs since when the subs hit they would hit the inside of my door. I then decided to step it up another notch and dynomat the doors and trunk area to cut down on exhaust noise and boost the speakers cleanness.

Then of course I had this loud mustang that looked completely stock on the outside. I decided to black out some of my lights starting with my taillights. I think it turned out great.

I didn't like the way the stock wheels looked on the car. I then thought I needed to once again step it up a notch and get new wheels. I wanted something that nobody really had. I started looking at Iforged wheels and then Giovanni wheels. They had some I liked but nothing really popped out at me. Then the deal of a lifetime literally fell into my lap. I was talking with a buddy who mentioned he had a set of Asanti wheels. I began researching them and they were 3 Piece forged wheels. They also came with a $1200 a wheel price tag so I knew I wouldn't be running into people with my same wheels. These things are "the sex" if I do say so myself.

I then began hanging out with a local car club who had a variety of different cars. I was the slowest out of the group.

I decided it was time to boost my bitch and really put some power down. Along came a Roush supercharger..

I am proud to say I am now the fastest out of the group and the car has a killer whine that I cant get enough! My 10 MPG I'm averaging can attest to that!

As of yesterday this is the way the car sits.
