Need opinions and advise

My car has acted up since the Cam and Phaser install. It dies sometimes and threw these codes one morning.

P0010- Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit. Bank 1
P0020- Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit. Bank 2
P0135- Heated 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction. Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0155- Heated 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction. Bank2 Sensor 1
P0443- Evap Emissions Control System Purge Control Circuit Malfunction
P0446- Evap Emissions Control System Vent Malfunction

Can anyone give any advise or words of wisdom about this???

Did you install the cams?

He's looking at all that because there is abig dip in the graph on my dyno sheet. Can't figure that out either. It's like the engine is being choked until the RPM gets above 3200 or so.
