It truly is an awesome road. Very scenic with lots of twists through the mountains.

Thanks. I actually was on the K highway a couple of months ago with the Mopar club I was a part of (with my '07 Charger) and had a blast. We also went up Mt Washington. 19 Chargers/Magnums/300's going up the mountain at a speed that was, let's just say, above the speed limit

On the way back we took a very winding narrow road, something that didn't really fit the huge Charger very well, I kept wishing that I was in the (ordered, at the time) Mustang ... lol

So far I don't think so, I still don't know where people are meeting and it sounds like it would be a bunch too early for my GF and I. Her daughter is with her father this weekend and we basically only have Sunday morning to ourselves ... I don't wanna wake up at 6 AM ...
