You maybe right , I think so to but I have no proof yet. I looked at my data, and I also compared my times with some of the other members on this site on the official E/T spread sheet. I ran real quick right up to the 1/8th but the MPH was off, which leads me to believe that two things killed my time , 1. the timing being pulled , 2. I was shifting way past my powerband which didn't allow me much time to lock the converter in 3rd gear.
Next time out to the 1/8th mile I'll do some new tunes for the tranny and it should increase the MPH in the 1/8th so Ill try to get it all dialed in for one glory pass in the 1/4 before the boot me again.

Nice runs Pete, were did you set you FB 2step?

By the way I tested the fb 2 step today and it works great. Saw 3 psi's go up and jumped to 10 to 11 on the tb on the second box set at 4000.

Next time out I will record the run from inside the car to show both boxes .

nice pete. i think you are there on the record. because i have been looking at this and this is what i am going after in a few weeks when i get the car back together. but i am going to do it with a 6 speed. i am shooting for some where in the mid 9's but i have one problem i will get booted because i have no cage and dont plan on getting one. but i can go to my local 1/8 mile and they want say a word no matter what.

Take it to the 1/4 mile in fayetville they wont boot ya there either.

I dont have a cage either , but if I install at least a 6 or 8 point it will be good to 9.99 . Track officials said they will let me run as long as I dont go 9.50s all the time , so I figure I can live with that. I can at least run True Street and go for the 10.0 class and try and win again or run in Super Stang .
I can always make a glory pass at the end of the night just to post a number. Hehehehe
