Guys, I am going to purchase a new TPS sensor to attempt troubleshooting a sporadic engine failsafe condition. I read that the "new" TPS is taller than the original and may cause clearance issues. I checked the whipple and the tps plug clears the SC housing by about a 1/8". Anyone make the swap and have a problem? Stock TB by the way

im not getting any codes that my sct can read. 11k miles on the car, and tb. i just got one of the newer obd devices that work with your phone... but just got it. i restart the car and all is fine. happened 2-3 times, but not always. i did disconnect the battery and tried to get it to "relearn" by idleing for 20 minutes.

so not sure if its bad sensor, or if was never just right after coming out of winter storage.. I dont drive it much...
