Newins Ford customer service sucks

I brought my 07 Mustang GT in because the rear was making noise. I can hear the bearings making noises. They said to fix it they would install dampeners. These dampeners are wieghts that they bolted to the inside of the backing plate on the rear end. I still have the noise. Went back the dealer today. Ford told me there is nothing more they can do. This maybe the last Ford I will own. There policy has become screw the customer. I will have to fix it myself.

Talk to the manager, if no help, write the BBB, Ford corporate. If no help then, bad mouth them where everyone will see it. I go as far as sending them a link also.

I had bought HIDs and they didn't have a plug to connect to the stock harness. Later on they came out with plugs and asked if I could get one. The person said he would send me a new harness for free. I waited two months and nothing. I posted negative remarks and sent the jerk a link, needless to say he wasn't happy and replied that I wouldn't get the harness. LOL I knew that. Then about a year later, a person with the company see my remarks and said he was sorry for the way I was treated and that he would send a harness. I told him that if I got the harness I would delete my posting. I got the harness and changed my posting from negative to positive with him.
