i sprayed the 100 shot today for the first time and it doesnt feel anything like i expected, it has the correct jets in it and the only thing i can think of that may be wrong is that the bottle was cold. I had the bottle in the house with the ac on and put it in the car and i do not have a warmer so i am going to try again tomorrow after the roads dry up from the rain that just started and leave the bottle in the sun for a bit until it is warm to the touch but not hot. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Im 1,000% sure thats why its weak. If that bottle isnt up to pressure that nitrous aint working for shit. You'll save yourself a lot of dissapointents if you just get a bottle warmer trust me I know this personally. And unless you live in an extremly hot city its not gonna get up to the proper pressure. And if it does get up to the proper pressure you'll lose it again once you spray just once. Bottle has to be kept up to pressure at all times when spraying. Once you run it properly youre really gonna notice the diffrence. Check out my vid theres a perfect example of what happens when u lose pressure.

First make sure its a full bottle. Weigh it, don't trust the guy who's filling it.

Spray it as per the mfg's suggested psi window. If you don't have a heater just yet, you can soak it in some warm water before leaving the house. Just make sure if you soak it in warm water, keep an eye on the bottle pressure as it will rise somewhat quickly. Or just get a pressure dependent heater kit like the one we sell and call it a day. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T BE ONE OF THE RETARDS HEATING WITH A TORCH. :highfive:

I think the last time i checked the nearest dyno was about 3 hrs away.

i have been in a s197 with a 75 shot and it hit hard from a roll, mine does not hit as hard as the 75 shot did, i have a zex wet kit and the hsw spray plate. 100 jets are in it.

Definitely a bottle pressure issue. You were probably spraying around 600psi. There is nothing weak about nitrous.

Huh ? You have a zex controller and a HSW plate ? That could be your problem right there.

i see those "people" at the track all the time with the little propane torches heating bottles in the staging lanes and i just get away from them, whats bad is one guy had his kid doing it and the kid was maybe 14 and wasnt watching the pressure guage at all.

correct, this i already know.

i was just digging for any input to see if any others have possibly had the same issue. I will put the heater and get my other bottle with the guage sat sometime then spray again.

when i say it was cold i mean cold, we keep the house at 68 degrees so im sure it was probably less than 600psi, i was just anxious and didnt even think about it.

do you have a tune for the nitrous, if not, it would be a really good idea to get one

The nano systems are badass for nitrous, but if you already have a heater and a guage I would just use those, you just have to be a little more patient with them.
