A: Those stupid-assed "qualifying" rules. First round is random pairing then only the second round winners are laddered based on how close they come to their dial-in of the first round. That is the dumbest fucking shit I have EVER seen in my 45 years of witnessing drag racing. ModMuscle class, Open Comp, Top Truck all utilize reaction times to establish their qualifying order. Why not Super Stang????

i'll agree with this one 100%. I like that you get to pick your dial first round, i've always hated the .1 breakout in the other classes, but i don't agree with run whoever, it should be laddered.

B: Weight limits. 3200 for N/A cars; 3400 for power adder cars. It's a goddamn INDEX CLASS for shit's sake.....who gives two fuckin' shits what the motherfucker weighs??????

it's a street car class, the cars are what? over 3600 from the factory, figuring a 200 pd driver, a car @ 3000 seems fine (thats a 600lb weight cut), or 3200 with the power adder.

C: Allow two steps for all cars....manual and auto. I mean...seriously. Isn't it much better to have someone "on the chip" at say.....4000 rpm instead of 6200 rpm???? Unless you like waiting for the track crew to clean up seven quarts of synthetic oil, two or three gallons of anti-freeze, and five or six connecting rods from the starting line......... :thud:

D: Courtesy Staging should be MANDATORY!!!!!!!

i don't think it's "mandatory" in any class is it? doubt they will change the rules for the one class

E: DOT wheels and tires required. Since when are Bogarts "DOT-Legal" wheels???? Just change the fuckin' wording to read "DOT approved tires required" and quit fucking around with the damn wheels. Nobody checks the goddamn things anyway.

I know they checked my tires at zmax, didn't look at the wheels though

At least you'll have excuses for not coming out this year and racing lol ;)

I do like they went back to the old points style, 5 of 7. There are bonus for all the races.

Guess i'll have to make the treck to atco, long ass drive, bradenton isn't as big of deal, it's florida!

How am I being full of myself? You are the one posting pics of your glory days from a now defunct racing series.

Like I said, talk is cheap.

I did 2 races this year. First race I took out 2 of the top 3 from last year and the 2nd race I won. Taking out 2 or 3 in the hunt for the championship this year.

I plan on doing my talking at the track next year.

Maybe you can get on the web boards next year and post pics of your stuff that will be another year older and talk more smack.

Or, you can quit talking and race.

That's all i'm saying. If your gonna talk about ruining everyones life at the track, then do it and quit talking about doing it.
