ok so.. as i can't seem to keep this sack of shit ford running right.. here we are again

number 8 cylinder has no spark what so ever absolute flat line on the datalogs

everyother cylinder appears to be normal.

i have checked the continuity of the wires using a continuity checker and it was good for the cylinder as well as others. from where it plugs into the pcm to the plug that goes to the cop boot.

i have swapped sprak plugs and cop boots and nothing changes.

tried other tunes as well currently on a no pats tune due to the pcm replacement lito supplied me with.

i have replaced the pcm now and i'm still having this issue. i have no idea what to do now.

yeah you would think they would have it labeled properly but they don't.....

I think I have a log somewhere when I did it and #8 was stuck at 10*.

if you look they go up to 9 and with 0 it makes 10 for the v10

that makes sense... and no one else noticed it either so i've been chasing down the entirely wrong thing for the past 2 months.... wonderful

well redatalogged it and all sparks are the same from min to max so it isnt spark.

my car is running really rough and the afr is way off from where it should be supr lean at wot. it started after the car sat for about a month and i changed my rear lca and a rear brake caliper and phb brace. since then it ran super rough. i'm wonder if an injector(s) stuck closed if thats possible or a cam phaser took a shit. motor only has 40k on it though

i tried pulling each plug wire off one by one but they all have the same effect. its obviously not spark so i'm lost now thats what i was banking on to be honest and no one caught the wrong cynder selections so i was going with that

i also have no codes at all

can you make a warm idle log? about 5 min and steady 1500 rpm for about 30 seconds

log

battery voltage
short and long term trims bank 1 and 2
engine speed or rpm
retunless fuel pump duty cycle
actual voltage at pump
fuel rail pressure
pressure drop across injectors
if you have imrcs desired imrc position
imrc angle
air flow # per min
load
maf volts
cam angle 0 and 1

email to [email protected], I will take a look when I get home in a few

glad you included pulsewidth.....cylinder 7 injector looks dead. test the wiring

if it is good swap it with six and see if it follows.

that could be 8 if the pulsewidth dmr's start with 0

yeah you are 13% lean on bank 2. pw for 7 was.05-.06

whats normal and for shits and giggles it read good on my ohm meter. 14.2 tested another one it was 14.0

i assume when i check it tomorrow i can just monitor pulse width per cylinder instead of everything else?

about 1900.0-2200.0, yes you can log just the pw and look at long term trims.

they need to be as close to 1.0 as possible (within a couple percent). anything above is lean below is rich.

let me know how it turns out.
