Just bought a Old Country Pecos smoker, cant wait to get this thing seasoned and burn some meat on it.

Well after not having the time to get it seasoned i finally made time this weekend. Im surprised at well it holds the temp. Next will be a round of mods. Going to make this thing even more air tight in the chambers.
