I couldn't find anything with a search. I suck at searching.

I've done this one a 3v, but I have a Coyote to do and it's kicking my butt a bit.

I'm ready to pull the inboard pickup tube bolt, but I have no idea how I will be able to get it back in. The Yote has a bib cast into the pan right next to the bolt that the 3v doesn't. That rib is the problem.

Has anyone done this on a Yote? What's the trick to getting that bolt back in?

Thanks

I fabricated a fork like piece out of aluminum to hold the bolt in place while I turned it with one finger. That worked. I also put down some plastic into the oil pan opening in case I dropped the bolt. There's a thread on here with instructions and pics. Try looking a little harder.

Or just search the web and it might point you to the right link.

Yup. Stuff a rag in there for when you drop it. I heated and custom bent a boxed end wrench for the task.

Plenty of info out there. The "rib" you speak of is the windage tray oil pan gasket.

Flex head 10mm ratcheting wrench is needed.
