Old iPad for my daughter for cheap?

Has anyone got an older iPad they would be looking to part with? The wife and I are looking for one for our 4 year old daughter. She keeps taking my wife's iPad to watch kids shows and play games.

I do not have one to sell, but just a heads up. We have an iPad 1 that our son uses and some of the newer apps that get updated do not work on it. They do not have updates to the apple software on the originals. May want to go with a 2 or newer.

Netflix is the only thing I can do on the iPad 1. If you load movies on from your iTunes it will work as well. YouTube won't work and the safari crashes most of the time.

Some games still work.....

Yup sounds just like my POS Gen 1 ipad. And the reason Ill never buy a Apple product again. No fucking updates. No youtube and crashes all the time.....worthless.

7" android tablets go for $50 or less. i bought a $50 one a yr ago for kids and it still works fine, i think it is hisense brand. Check fatwallet, slickdeals or newegg and you'll find something brand new with current os and no apple bs

If you check on apples site often, search for refurbished and you could likely get a mini 2 wifi shipped for lioe $70 less than new retail, with apple warranty as well.

We actually bought an inexpensive new 7" screen Android tablet. My wife was setting it up earlier tonight.

I have both an ipad and android tablet and honestly the droid is a good tablet at a better price. Your kid will love it.

We had to take my old phone (no service) and load a few games on it for my son (he's not 2 yet).
