Ya, running out of fuel needs to be addressed unless you want a pile of aluminum.

Air fuel is 11.8 all the way up. But see on my gauge at like 5,700 it goes to like 11.3 and stays there till 6,200.

I think the manifold is ticking a little bit, but it wasn't like that when it was dynoed what if my clutch was slipping? Would it cause it to do that? Also when anyone else got a tune did your ABS light and brake light stay on?

The clutch will slip in the lower RPM's most of the time, not up top like that. Yes sometimes the abs lights will stay on for a while.

Another question, it seems like after I've been driving for awhile it seems to lose a lot of power. I didn't think turbos had a like heat soak effect, could the computer be pulling some timing or anything? With the check engine light being on.

I thought turbos had the worst heat soak. I may be wrong but I'm sure more people will chime in.

I started installing this kit on my car a while back and recently got it finished as well. Ok, well i'm not sure if you can call it "finished" or not, but it runs and drives. Its a pretty solid kit overall for the money, that's for sure. The only major problems I've had with everything are exhaust leaks that seem to constantly come back, no matter what you do to fix them, and oil leaks that do the same thing. It also has an 11 psi spring in the wastegate and it's only making 6, so I'm trying to get that figured out. It's slowly but surely coming along.

I used the Mr. Gasket make your own gasket and RTV copper sealant, on all of the places where pipes came togther. Only leak I have now is at the manifold which I think I'm going to buy the stuff someone was talkin about earlier in this thread. You must have a boost leak somewhere. My 8lb spring has been seeing 9 for the most part or almost 9. I know I had a leak where the intake pipe meets with the pipe that comes up through the fender so you might want to check that out. I also think I just got a oil leak from somewhere I'm thinking its either gotta be the oil filter relocator or the adaptor for the oil feed line.

the 6psi is prob from the exhaust leaks

Well, I've fixed the leaks now twice, and it's leaking again and it makes 6 either way, consistently. The pipes themselves were both out of round at the flange (to the manifold) and weren't sealing. I'm just so tired of working on it, it's starting to get really frustrating. Also, with no vacuum line on the wastegate it will make 10? I don't know, I'll get it lined out one of these days.

Off the fuel pressure sensor deal on the fuel rail (as it says in the instruction sheet thing). Tapping the turbo is going to be the next thing I do to see if it makes a difference. I was told it had be be anywhere before the tb, but then I was also told it dosent matter. I don't know, but this is the first time I've ever messed with a turbo setup so it's just kind of trial and error for right now.

I think I posted pics up of mine(turbo tap on here). I didn't like that idea so I tapped the turbo. I would try tapping the turbo, and getting that gasket maker and fix the leaks. Then see what happens with your boost.

I don't like hearing about recurring leaks! I wonder how the hellion kits compare in that respect...
