Good lord man, did it tear anything else up?

Does QuickTime make a bell housing for the 6060?

Not that I know of, but I'm questioning some "slack" I'm having in the rear end movement. Going to make a video of how much it's moving......

I'm trying to find a part number to the quick time bell housing, no luck yet.

I see this one, just not finding any info on it, nothing on liberty gears website either.

We just went through that on my buddies '11, backlash was horrible, .025". It spun the bearing on the carrier.

RM-8080? Or is that for a t56? I can't remember

Paul, did you maintain the same boost level when you made the switch. How do you like the increased spool you get on e-85. I miss that so much!

Dang, first time I've heard of a broken input shaft on a TR6060. Are you looking to keep the TR6060 or maybe upgrade to one of those new fangled Magnum T56?

Yes. T56 magnum is just an aftermarket label for the oem tr6060 used in many different vehicles. The s197 specific version just hides the remote shifter linkage in the tail housing with the revised case for a direct mount to the trans vice semi remote, the gearbox itself is the same design.

just spoke to Astro performance, hes semi local to me. Not much he can do to keep it from happening again, hes never seen one snap like this (just my luck)....not sure what to do at this point. Hes not sure if cryo would do any good, hes mixed on if it works or not really on gears. I may have to just go with a new shaft and launch the car softer......but that wont be much fun or fix it and sell it for a auto....i dunno.

Have not called liberty yet, D&D said they have not seen one in about a year. Promotion has not heard anything back either. Gearbox says they are back ordered. D&D said tremec is no longer making 6060 parts because of no more gt500/6060

That sounds wrong. There are to many out there. They aren't gonna tell ford, sorry, no more shafts.

I wonder if Tasca could help you out.
