I have a #10 from the back of the block going to the bottom turbo, the return from the turbo feeds into my upper pipe, I'll take some pics once I get the upper back on the car.

Those are the rear O2 sensor holes that are plugged off. Strictly emissions related, they determine if the cats are working correctly. The front O2 sensors are still used. The driver's side front O2 is mounted in the exhaust manifold and the passenger side is visible about 4" down from the top of the pipe in that picture.

I don't think ill ever get done! Got a early start today and still didn't get all I wanted to get done.

Started with getting the radiator, A/C condenser and fan installed. Shaved the fan to make clearance for the turbo.

Made a few brackets to move the radiator forward about 1.5" at the bottom.

ID1000's went in tonight, intake manifold on, strut tower brace installed.

Few couplers and lower radiator hose won't be here until Monday so this weekend I'll work on the exhaust and mufflers and finishing up the cooling system and cold side piping.

Did you decide what you're going to do about where it meets up with the throttle body? I seen you mentioned possibly cutting the inlet pipe.

for now im going to try something jim told me to try out.

1. There is a 3.5 x 5 transition from HPS on this link….Do a search for HP{S and proabbaly can get it at a better price than $72:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HPS-3-5-5-Reducer-Coupler-Silicone-Hose-x-4-long-Black-Air-Intake-Turbo-/370852058265

2. Race Parts Solutions carries 3 x 3.5 spacers to make the above work, if it blows off it can be glued to the inside of the 3.5 x 5 to get you by:

http://www.racepartsolutions.com/index.php/component/vm2tags/productslist/t-6?Itemid=435

Not the Optimum solution, but will get you going and not look horrible, until we can find a correct 3 x 5” reducer/transition.

if i dont like how this turns out then i will be cutting the pipe, welding and send back out for coating. i know the perfect way to cut the pipe to keep it looking great, just really dont want to ge it recoated so ill try the adaptor first.

I'm thinking I might just run the stock throttle body for the interim. I'll put the GT500 on when I build the engine I suppose.

I think splitting the pipe like your old set up gives it a nice look personally, but I know the coating isn't cheap.

Figured out a good exhaust mount, got my air filter shield installed after some modifications since the turbo is in a little different location now. Tr6060 filled up, oil filled up. Started making my mount for the coolant tank, I'll have that finished up tomorrow, also got my lower radiator hose figured out and installed the upper. Updated my tune for ID1000 and should be starting the car tomorrow. Also got my air ride solenoid swapped out and no more leaking!!

No, I'm going to try it the way it is and see what happens.

Made a lot of progress today, didn't take any pics thou!

Coolant hoses routed, tank mounted, then un-mounted because I need to get my oil return line bung welded to it. Fan wiring done, had some trouble with the cold side, the THP routes the cold side just beneath the passenger headlight, there just wasn't enough clearance with the HID ballasts. So I had to extend that pipe and make some modifications. I'm also going to need to extend the driver side. Wastegate dump tube made and wrapped.

The new airlift parts worked out great! Still holding air!
