Sweet heaven. Sounds great. Reminds me of my 05. Glad you got it ironed out.

Thanks !! I'll save you from the problem source. Until i'm psychologically ready for humiliation, and have a thick enough flame suit
Until then, so much thanks for you all !!
Everyone misses the trees for the forest at some point in a troubleshooting exercise. Humility is good for keeping one's character in check. I've been in electronic maintenance for a long time. About the time you think you are familiar with apiece of equipment or a system it puts you in check with something stupid you overlooked. It's all part of diagnosis. A good troubleshooter has no ego. Have a great week.

This.
I've been myself in maintenance in electronic domain and now project manager for a long time too. I know exactly what you saying and you're damn right !
Thanks for your support, you made me smile !
Seriously, one float was stuck in upper position, sending the cluster a false signal of half-full tank. The LAST thing I did check is fuel INSIDE the tank when I removed the pump in order to replace it. My track car is really stiff and squick much when I shaked it trying to hear some fuel sound but I never, never, never thought it can be empty. Shame on me, but this is the truth !
The only bell sound I had is that at my last lapping evening, I found my car had not consumed much fuel, but I didn't push that hard so....
Anyway, this is what it is.![]()
so end result... the car had no fuel?
the transfer pump was bad?

^^^ But you conquered the problem. That's what matters. Efficiency is sometimes over rated! Lol!!!!!
