BMR rod/rod double adjustable. Yes I read the instructions.

Do I let the axle hang or can I support it with stands?

Do I really adjust the bar with the car on the ground?

Should I lube the bearings with anything?

First adjust the length of the adjustable bar to the same length as the stocker you just removed. #2 - Support the axle with a jack and move the axle up/down as needed to get everything lined up to install the adjustable panhard bar. #3 - Don't torque/tighten all of the bolts just yet. #4 - Lower car off the jack stands and adjust the panhard bar to center up the axle while it's on the ground. #4 - Torque everything to spec. #5 - Go for a short drive and then re-check everthing you've just done. #6 - Yes lube everything before installing, IIRC your adjustable panhard bar might come with the correct lube in the box.

So when taking off the stock bar should I be supporting the car by the axle with stands or put the stands in the side jacking areas.

Basically should it be the same as spring installs? Where the axle hangs and the jacks are on the sides on the chassis. I've done those more than a couple times on my car.

same as spring install, yes. Although, you could probably support the rear axle and do it too. Don't think it really matters.

You will have to have the car on the ground to adjust the axle side to side, if adjustments need to be made.

And I should torque to 129 after it's on the ground and adjusted properly? Or should I torque those in the air?

I'd imagine I should be supporting the axle though in the center while the stands are holding up the car right? So the axle doesn't fall off

shocks and control arms will prevent the axle from falling out. Panhard bar just locates it from side to side.

when I swapped to the BMR from the Stallion Racing bar on my car, I just backed it up on rhino ramps, swapped it out, and off I went.

Made my initial adjustment with jackstands supporting the rear axle. I then lowered the car placing all weight on wheels (level ground). Final measurements and adjustments made (we're talking fine adjustment inside .125") were made. Car sits centered after 1.5" drop on drag springs. Recheck after some driving. Some final touch up after settling in may be needed especially if you have just done drop springs which is the usual reason for going to an adjustable panhard.

The axle won't just fall off. Worst scenario you need to use a ratchet strap to get the panhard holes in alignment with axle to push bolt in.

Alright guys sounds good. Seems like there isn't really a specific one-way to do this. Since the panhard isn't doing anything besides holding the axle in place horizontally. I thought it was kind of holding it up too. Thanks for the help.
