I know this may sound kind of "noob"-ish but I am now running 14lbs of boost on my built motor setup and I'm thinking its time to ditch the tiny little bypass valves and put a real blow off valve on this thing. What do I do with the existing areas designated for the bypass valves? do I just plug them? and also where do yall think would be the best location for the blow off valve?

thanks,
Ryan

check out the Vortech/Paxton mini race valves I have used those up to 18 lbs with good results before on my Novi set up ....just make sure you use two of them pre and aft the inter cooler . It's pretty simple just put one on the pipe going from the blower discharge to the cooler then put one on the pipe going from the out side of your cooler going to the T/B . At that point you can get rid of the hosing from Paxton and just make your own going from the new by pass valves plumed back into the intake track going to your blower. (you will have to weld new flanges on also )

Its not hard the biggest problem is finding the right size hose to fit over the Vortech/Paxton valves and getting them sized to fit on the fitting on the blower intake , it might mean using a reducer half way through and smaller hose so it fit .
