People using stock On3 brackets...

Since I installed the kit on my car the alignment for the hood latch has been off from the weight of the intercooler pulling it down. Today I found a new way to mount it using the same bracket that comes with the kit. I ditched the smaller bracket and bent the top portion of the long bracket so it would sit flush against the support. Here are pictures of what I did. It is a lot more sturdy than before and I didn't have to fab up anything new.

I didn't really like the whole to bracket one hole idea, so I made my own with some angle stock and moly cons from the hardware store. Also I used some brass as spacers to bring it up to the needed height.

That is very similar to how I did mine. Works great.
