Mine just in with double sided M3 tape. Just clean the area really good.

kits are about 15-1,700. I tracked down all the parts myself and had a friend paint it so I got away with it for about 14.

I did not. I've had that on there for about 3+ years and I've only redone it once. I drive like a mad man in that car and it's never moved.

I bought the grille with the emblem on already, but I did take the emblem off and paint it gunmetal. Just cleaned the area really good. Stuck it on with the 3m double sided tape and let it sit for at least a day. It's been on the grill for over a year without issues. Granted I don't have harsh winters to worry about.
