I just had this happen to me after replacing my engine. With the key on accessory(I'm assuming ur pump turns on then) slowly disconnect the inlet side of the pump and u will hear the air come out of the tube running from the bottom of the intercooler resiovior to the pump. Don't disconnect it all the way. This will prime the pump. U could also disconnect the top hose off the intercooler resiviour plug the hole with u finger and seal it lips to the opening of the resuovioir n blow. The coolant will run out of the disconnected hose and rid the system of air. Although I do recommend having a container under the house when u do that. Both ways have worked for me. Its always that damn line from the bottom of the intercooler result to the pump, and its a bitch because there are like four bends and two elevation changes leading to the pump. Hope u get it fixed.
