20 x 8.5/10.5

275-35 Front (Too wide, buldges and folding on hard cornering)
275-40 Rear (Perfect amount of stretch without looking wimpy)

If your interested check out my cardomain page links I've run many different sets of 20" wheels on my mustangs from 8.5" to 9" wide from 245/35/20 to 265/35/20 stock ride height, lowered a little bit, slammed on coilovers, just the rear lowered etc. This car is my first mustang I haven't run 20" wheels on lol

Here is a side shot, I need taller rear tires. They don't fill up the rear wheel well enouogh.

Please be sure to include tire info, so we see who's run small and wide, and see shoulder profiles.

Swervo, had a chance to push the limits of the tires yet? Do they feel squishy, particulary the fronts?

semi-concavity, if I ever went with a 325 tire, I think I'd have to jump to 12" wide to keep this stretch that I love so much. :)

I haven't pushed them too hard, but I have taken some corners at a fast pace. It doesnt feel that squishy, it feels planted.

The Saleen factory wheels came with 275-35 up front, ive pushed it HARD many times AutoX racing, feels confident, great size front tire on a 9" wide wheel. The Rears came with 275-40 on a 10" wheel, you get some more flex on the rears tire from the taller sidewall.

FWIW, my new wheels are 10.5" with the same 275-40, that extra tire stretch around the wider wheel makes the sidewall feel more stiff.
