Oh yeah, that's it...

13.070, 13.050, 13.045, 13.037, 13.068, 13.076 & 13.067. :thud:
Evil monster - I think Murphy found out I have been dating his daughter - took me 4 solid hours to get to the track get my wheels on and do a run (everything that could and even some that shouldn't went wrong) - then 2 people confused the track for a half pipe almost back-to-back and only got 2 runs in...

On the bright side, the car is consistent - 13.13, 13.10 (which is where I have been running like clock work for a few weeks). On the down side, nothing I changed seemed to matter at all... Lousy 1.8 60fts all around.

Got rid of my wheel hop though with the Bogarts and bigger tires - implying that softer than my eibach shocks would help... (this is a 9" rear specific problem - I think related to the severe UCA angle at rest because of the height of the 9" center section).

Tires look too new after that - so they need a longer bake - that should help with the 60fts...

Time for more power - enough with this stock motor N/A stuff - its too hard... :thud:I think my motor is going soft on the top too - that isn't helping.... Time for enough power to justify the drivetrain waiting there for it...

What's with the launching from idle? Racing in the rain?

No traction in that lane if I load it up any more than that. The tires were down to 15psi and I SHOULD have had my choice of lanes however the worker there thought differently and forced me over there.

Thanks for all your help guys on launching advice... it served me well!!! My first 12 second run with bolt ons!! Your so close Roper So Close. My car definitely had more in her. The air was great! I think a 12.8 or even a high 12.7 was possible but with the amount of cars there we only had time for 2 runs..which was crap by the way! but what can you do ya know? The Sway bar delete gets in this week and goes on... I will also be using a shorter belt on our next drag outing...so we'll see what she does! Cant wait to see what Longtubes and a one-piece driveshaft does. OH and I know the reaction time was crap, but there was no one racing me due to an overheater in the other lane...so I took my time and wanted to make sure i got a good launch..due to it might takeing me another 2 hours just to get back in the pits to do another run because of the amount of cars.

Congrats you POS, lol!

Do I have to explain this again? T/C or not, if you're spinning the tires you're waisting energy. Explain that to the K/B guy that was convinced that he could slap on a smaller pulley and all that was needed was higher octane fuel. See you guys at the stripe...
