has anybody had a problem with the safety loop hitting the x pipe.on the lift there is a 1 inch clearance between each other but while driving and hitting a speed bump or going on a driveway they hit each other.

I know we had to 'trim' the edges of the BMR to clear the 'off-road' ProChamber. We just 45'd them and it was fine. ..but mine was actually hitting while on the lift.

Question: do you have the midpipe hangers on yours? Only reason I ask, is because that would explain why the midpipe is moving so much and why it wouldn't be hitting while on the lift.

I had the same problem. I have LTs so I was able to loosen the connections and make adjustments at the header and mid pipe location to get the necessary clearance.

yes i do have the midpipe hangers.what parts are you guys actually trimming?the only way i can see this clear it with no problems will be to cut about a 1/2 inch from the bottom of it and reweld it again.we play with it a little and 1 inch was the best clearence i got.at one point it was resting direct on the x pipe.

I trimmed the ends of the angled bar that mounts to the trans mount.
