I'm not sure where to post something like this.

There's a trailer court about a half mile down the road from us. I discovered a family of eight living in a trailer, six kids from 4 to 17. Amazing kids and have done work for me several years like raking the yard, etc. This has gone on for several years and I pay them extremely well so they can buy things their parents can't afford.

Anyway, through the years the kids have admired my Mustang and last year I asked if they would like a ride, I got an enthusiastic yes. With my wife's condition it's been hard to work it in but last Monday I took three of them on a run and bought them ice cream at a small store. I still have three more to take for a ride.

You may recall I posted the above photo of my taking some kids for a ride who lived in a near-by trailer court. That old saying still holds "No good deed goes unpunished". Where they live is so cluttered and tight I had the dad watch the front of my car as I turned around to take the kids for a ride. Apparently, I swiped the front bumper across a trailer hitch tongue taking about a four-inch slice out of the bumper. I didn't feel anything and of course the dad didn't say anything. Kind of like taking a potato peeler and taking a thin slice off.

Is there any spray plastic type product that you can use to give that area its shine back?

Sorry to hear about the bumper, but you're doing something awesome for those kids.

You might wanna try Meguiar's to fix it.
