I was going to replace the idler pulleys on the front of the motor and was thinking that when I put my whipple on I switched the top idler on the drivers side. What size pulley is that? It doesn't match the Ford one that I have so I'm thinking it came with the kit but it's been so long I can't remember. Anyways I want to buy a new one and am unsure of the size.

On the whipple H.O. kit it was a 100mm idler pulley with the 3.125 supercharger pulley I think it was an f250 you could get that pulley from at the parts store

You have any calipers? Or have someone you trust measure it to be sure.

No calipers. Didn't want to pull it until I hade the new pulley. Other car is in the shop.

If it isn't 90MM it is probably 76MM.

It's much bigger than the stocker. It's gotta be at least 90 mm if not larger.

Thanks. I'll look for one. Might go with one of those fancy billet ones with real bearings.
