If you did not have the noise before, then it should only come from the items the you serviced, Pinion shouldn't have anything to do with. What parts have you replaced?

PHB and springs.
Upon research, UMI mentioned that stock UCA could clunk due to smaller bolt size than the holes on bracket. I'm curious if that's the case.. Off pinion angle caused that or made it worse somehow. What else could it be?
I can live with it since i'm gonna eventually change everything(LCA, UCA, bracket, shocks) but would like to know which to change first for the noise to go away.

That bolt problem is with stock bracket, and UMI UCA combo

Well.. I will just live with it. I guess its the price to pay for modding a car. It isn't really too bad anyway. I'm just too anal about it. Can't really hear it with radio on lol

I am having the same problem with mine i just bought it and have noticed this noise i have a PHB and LCAs for umi just ordered the UCA so will let u know when i can install it and i also have 4.10s and i think the pinion depth is off so i will be fixing that too gona try to work on it this friday will post the news

well i had mine looked at today cuz i thought my pinion angle was off but mine is dead perfect went ahead and installed the umi adjustable upper control arm so we will see what happens but my sound is coming from the passenger side rear tire area but idk mine dont make the noise all the time only here and there... it comes and goes.
