Spent the weekend at Button willow Raceway. My 2011 Mustang GT popped It's #8 cylinder. It's out of warranty at almost 60K and Bama will only cover their tune if it goes within the Ford warranty period. So, should I rebuild or buy a Crate motor ?
I would say it all depends on your ability and how much down time u can afford. The aluminator can be put in by yourself over a weekend. Rebuilding especially without knowing the carnage to the block or the heads can get expensive quick and take a lot of time. N btw they are gonna start screaming that this isn't tech.
