Got my radio back today! Looks great dude, thanks so much. Ron is a great guy. He walked me through how to do the swap on my own, then when I fucked it up, he fixed my fuck up. He really went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough!

Here is a HORRIBLE picture of my OEM NAV, but you get the idea...

I'll get some better ones of it later. RH, this is by far the coolest interior mod I've done. Not sure what I would have done without it. Definitely worth the wait.

BTW, that is not my purse, lol

I think all the parts new are about $300 from Tousley. I found everything I needed out of a wrecked car on craigslist for $60. It needed some patchwork, but it looks great now!


Anyone who is on the fence about this needs to do it!

Ron is a great guy and does awesome work. I had sat around and watched him work on some leds on buddys car awhile back. Pretty crazy what has to be done to change the color of the leds... not for me... with all those little leds and a soldering iron.

I tried to do it myself. I got all of my switches done, but I really botched my radio lol. My soldering iron was too hot, I was too tired, and my work space was too small. I fucked up my ambient light switch as well too. Ron went out of his way to order me a new one, and sourced a radio board for me as well. I can't praise him enough!

The blue looks darker in person if anyone's wondering. I just bought a new real of 2000 of them and they are really nice.

On the info center colors on the cluster....I have something working on those. Should be here this week and we'll see.
