From what i understand, the peanut butter is putting oils back into the plastic so it should last even a little while. Won't be permanent from what I've seen.

It's not. Might last a couple of rains or a couple weeks.

Last night I did 50/50 Iso with a soft toothbrush. It is working but is very very time consuming. I brush it with a tooth brush and then I took a blunt knife and wrapped it in a microfiber cloth to provide force/heat to rub off the remaining stuff. Still have more stuff to clean off. I'll get pics up tonight.

I've never tried this but heard it works. I think it will return after a while though.

That video is where I thought of using vegetable oil to bring back the black texture of the plastic parts on my F150. Found out that vegetable oil removes wax build up easily and I mean easy on the textured parts. Here is from modfords. Just a rag and wipe. Try it you will be surprised.

Get a Tide stain stick - it will take all that wax off in no time.

Haven't really bothered with working on it lately, but should lol.

I'll have to try that, there is still a lot left

What kind of wax did you use!? I would have just started with paint thinner and qtips.

No idea, I didn't do this. I'll see if I have some paint thinner around, but I'm afraid it will eat into the color of the plastic. I'm thinking about having it hydrodipped gloss black.

Tide pen worked well just really time consuming and have to put pressure on the wax to wipe it. Thinking about hydrodipping it gloss black
