Ringing noise in engine

I have a 2011 V6 Mustang Convertible.
I hear a ringing noise from my passenger Wheel well. It’s coming from my engine but it’s in that general area. If you were in front of the car looking into the hood. You hear it on the bottom left. It’s not a tick it sounds as if aluminum metal is ringing against a metal at a fast speed.

I’d show a video but I don’t have the option.

Sounds like it could be worn bearings in one of the belt driven pulleys. If the noise disappears after you start the engine with the belt off, the next step is to spin each pulley manually (with engine off of course!) until you find the culprit.
