RUST

HELLO, yesterday i replaced my shaker 1000 headunit and i found some rust on the back of the unit and also inside, where the unit is located . i ll share some pics with you .. Is that something that i should be worried about ? whats the reason for that? is normal?
my car is 2008 mustang gt, 27k miles, one oner before me.

That's pretty normal. The metal is left bare so it can maintain good grounds.
