Looks awesome. What shifter are you using on the t56 and are you have to modify the transmission tunnel for it to fit?

i pieced this trans together from a practically new 03-04 ford racing trans and what i guess was a D&D T56 converted to S197 chassis. Its a GTO shifter on it and ill make a shift handle for it once i get it in the car.

People either love it or hate it. The only way to really respect drifting is to actually try it. Makes going down the 1320 seem boring sometimes...

I just attended the opening round of Formula D in Long beach, Man was that 2011 5.0 Stang Nasty! It sounded A W E S O M E!
Also the big three where racing. Not that I'm biased or anything but the quad cam 5.0L sounded the B E S T!

Wow, just came across this thread.. This is wild!! Drifting is my dream, i love putting my car sideways and can control the car in some situations that i put it through daily but nothing like a real drifter.. I slide some turns, drift large circles it is a blast to me, i can't imagine doing it legit and being a pro driver!!! One day, one day i want to compete.

They are 18x9.5 +18. I am going to have them re-polished actually instead of keeping the green now too.

How does the +18 offset sit on your car. Do they poke out? Any side shots to show this would be amazing!

Just cause I wanna know if 19x9.5 +22 wheels will stickout the same as my 19x10 +22???

they poke a bit in the rear with a 265, but i dont have anything aligned yet and no real weight in teh car so no ride height set.

as for your dilemna... assuming the same offset and then going from a 9.5 to a 10 your 10" wide wheels would stick out a 1/4" more on each side.

Quick question.. I might have missed it if you already posted.. what are you doing with the stock 3v??

Also, this build is awesome. You should bring it down to texas when its finished to hit up some of our events.. Lone star bash is three weeks away.. think you could make it?? lol
