im not 100% sure but i think they quit making these or they are on an eternal backorder, other than that im not sure if they are different at all other than maybe not having the ports for nitrous.

They stopped making them for some reason. I had a hard time finding a brand new set a few months ago but lucked out and one of the vendors here had a set in stock.
