So I bought a used JLT. It had a Scuff mark by the power steering reservoir

Any ideas other then painting it. The tube is the black finish from JLT

I like chemical guys blue guard II for engine bay plastics

OR Ultima Tire and Trim Guard.

Both are good products.

I thought about the tire or even the bumper stuff
Ill see what happens this Friday when I get ready for the show Saturday

Thanks

Typically anything you use on tires, will work on the plastics and vinyls in the engine bay.

I just recommend those products because I know they hold up to heat better and do not streak.

You may be able to cover up the scuffs a little by using a magic eraser sponge. Bear in mind that it's about a 3500 grit equivalent.

Meguiars trim restorer, comes in a black bottle and can usually be bought at pep boys or advance auto, walmart etc.

Don't laugh when you see what it looks like, but it usually can darken trim and plastics and cover up mild abrasions.

Drawback is, it doesn't last very long.
