Looks weird, we have something similar to that as a dealer package here in the Chicago area. It's called the Regency package.

i went and talked to the dealer about one and looked at all the options. yeah 42k for interior, shaker hood and body kit. it was a 14k option and and motor was completely stock. i told the guy that was trying to sell me one that i could get a stage 3 roush for the same price and he laughed so i gave him the website to the dealership that sold the roushes....yeah he wasnt laughing anymore lol

oh and the first guy that tried telling me about them said it had 500hp and and was supercharged and then i looked under the hood and realized he knew nothing about a mustang haha

What mad me notice it on the road was the rear valance and the front fender heat exstractors. Dont know if the exstactors are real though.
