I got the carbon fiber MRT struts and love them. No drilling holes. They bolt right in. They also will paint the brackets the same color as your car if I'm not mistaken

The original. Simple, clean and look like they were supposed to be there all along with out a flashy big bracket. I had these on my 01 gt and have had them on my 07 for 4 years now.

X2!

I like the fact that you don't add a bracket and I feel the mounting points on these are better. Nothing wrong with the other kits listed and mentioned, I just prefer these. I have black ones on my '92 5.0 LX convertible and the stainless steel ones on my 2011 5.0L GT. I'd recommend them to anyone looking.

this thread makes me sad.........

I know why. It's because it is WAY off topic.

Currently searching for some proof that certain hood struts are responsible for the infamous #8 failure....I'll get back to everyone shortly.

Redline Tuning, have them on for 3 years now, works just like the day I got them. Yes, they require drilling, the included instructions are A+. Did mine in 30 min.
